At X5 Management, we believe in setting up your emerging and front-line leaders to succeed by building on key leadership skills through Wiley’s Everything DiSC® Suite workshops. Our Learning to Lead training packages use the Everything DiSC® Workplace workshop as a foundational building block. Using a personalized DiSC® assessment alongside DiSC® training, X5 Management will help your people managers better understand themselves and others – empowering them to work better together.

Everything DiSC® Training

  • Workplace Communication: Leaders learn how to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate the different behavioural preferences and tendencies each person brings to the workplace.
  • Productive Conflict: Leaders learn how to harness the power of conflict through increased self-awareness around conflict behaviours. This learning foundation supports individuals to more effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict.
  • Agile EQ: Emotional Intelligence is a key part of leadership, as leaders need to understand how to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
  • Management: Leaders learn how to successfully engage, motivate and develop their people, whether they are side-by-side in an office setting or at a distance in remote work contexts
  • Work of Leaders: Leaders learn to make the connection between the Everything DiSC® style and real-world leadership demands. This supports individuals in building an actionable path towards more effective leadership.
  • Sales: In this course, participants learn how to successfully create customer-centric interactions that improve results. Further, participants learn how to stretch beyond their natural sales style to adapt to their customers’ preferences and expectations more effectively.

Depending on existing skill sets of your team members, our team at X5 Management will support you in designing an Everything DiSC® training package that maximizes learning outcomes and long-term organizational impact.
