As such, We thrilled to announce that Gina Boucher has joined the X5 Management team as an Executive Coach and Facilitator.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with 20 years of leadership experience, Gina blends financial expertise, strategic insight, and leadership acumen, contributing to build purposeful and empowering environments for individuals and businesses.
Gina is Lean Green Belt Certified, has completed Prosci Change Management Training and is a member to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Financial Executives International (FEI). Having completed the Coaching Program at Adler Graduate Professional School, she is poised to obtain her Associate Certified Coach Designation (ACC) from ICF in the summer of 2024.
