X5 Management began with a vision: to empower businesses by unlocking their most valuable asset—their people. Founded by Mike Mack in 2006, the business was created with the belief that organizations thrive when their teams are engaged and aligned. To address these challenges, X5 Management set out to offer not just advice, but actionable strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In fact, “X5” was deliberately chosen to convey a multiplier effect in terms of how the business could help clients to take their organizations to the next level.
