Mike Mack

Know More About Me

Mike Mack is a thought leader, trusted Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator, who has been helping business teams maximize their potential since 2006 with the use of tailored consulting and training programs, along with coaching advice. Mike is passionate about business leadership, team development, succession planning, and having a positive impact with everyone that he works with.

He is a four-time Amazon bestselling author, and his works include: REMARKABLE SERVICE – How to Keep Your Doors Open; RELATIONSHIPS FOR KEEPS – How to Build Powerful Relationships in Business and in Life: LUNCH WITH LEADERS – Real Stories of Pivotal Moments for Today’s Executive; and WEEKEND WISDOM – Weekly Reflections of Lessons Learned.

Mike also collaborated on a fifth book with his colleague Kris Schinke; HOW TO STOP THE REVOLVING DOOR – 5 Strategies that will Positively Impact your Employees and Business Results.

Mike holds an MBA from Athabasca University and completed the Governance Program for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises at the University of Alberta School of Business. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation; Edmonton’s Synergy Network, serving as Chair in 2016; the Association for Corporate Growth, serving as President for the Edmonton chapter in 2018-19; and the Institute of Corporate Directors. He currently serves on the Board of the Foundation for the Advancement of Entrepreneurship. Mike is a past member of Toastmasters International, where he obtained his Distinguished Toastmasters Designation (DTM). The DTM is the highest award Toastmasters International bestows for achievement in both communication and leadership. In addition, Mike is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers; as well as a National TEC Canada Speaker and eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter. He is a Past-President of the Edmonton Mayfield Rotary Club and a Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC®.

Kris Schinke

Kris is a focused and goal-oriented business professional with extensive executive experience in the retail, financial services and not-for-profit sectors. She has a passion for inspiring and coaching others and believes a positive work culture is key for business growth and sustainability. She is adept in training, leadership and promoting teamwork.

Kris loves to promote successful business mentoring and professional coaching to help companies with organizational management. Kris believes coaching offers the insights and guidance to help others achieve their potential, with confidence and purpose. She believes everyone has potential, if they are willing to take action.

Kris is delighted to be working with X5 Management, not only to support valued clients but also in her executive role supporting the ongoing business growth, both internally and externally.

Kris is an avid volunteer and loves to donate time and effort to a variety of organizations. For the past few years, Kris has been a business mentor with ERIEC (Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council), working with professional newcomers for job placement and career advancement. This role also has also offered some personal benefits, such as improving knowledge about multicultural leadership and competencies.

A proponent of personal development, Kris has her Distinguished Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International and her Life Coaching Certification from New Skills Academy. She also attended Harvard Business School (A Culture of Health in Business) and Norquest College (Inclusion at Work, Business Economics). Kris is an Everything DiSC® Certified Facilitator and an Accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Trainer. Most recently, she obtained her Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals Certification from the U of California and her Conflict Management and Mediation Certification. She holds an MBA from Athabasca University and published her first book, According to Wolfgang, My Business, a business reference book based on her entrepreneurial father’s successful equestrian business.

Kris and her husband, Brian, have lived in 4 major Canadian cities and now call Edmonton home. Kris likes to stay active riding horses, walking her dog, Marsha, on the trails near her home, or working out at the gym.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience leading teams, facilitation, training, consulting, and coaching, she sees rewards by building competencies within individuals and organizations. She has had the pleasure of contributing to the success of thousands of leaders and teams in many different operating contexts.

To every facilitation or coaching engagement, Priscilla brings her motivational communication style, down-to-earth approach, and real-life experience to facilitate lasting change, both virtually and in person. As a PMP Certified Consultant, she shares her experience gained through various consulting engagements in finance, government, technology, oil and gas, higher education, and engineering and lean manufacturing sectors.

One of the most challenging opportunities is to support clients and teams through transition and supported clients through organizational change and help them to realize success. Priscilla’s Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) training has brought a fresh approach to leadership coaching, facilitation, and instructional design. ORSC tools and concepts unlock potential in people that sometimes they are not aware of and helps teams to overcome challenges and collaborate in a more effective way.

Gina Boucher is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta. Her professional credentials include Lean Green Belt Certification, Prosci Change Management training, and Everything DiSC certification. She is a proud member of CPA Alberta, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Financial Executives International (FEI). She has successfully completed the Coaching Program at Adler Graduate Professional School and earned an Executive Coaching Certificate through Red Maple Coaching.

As the founder of Gina Boucher Coaching & Consulting Ltd., she partners with small and medium-sized organizations optimizing financial performance, develop and execute strategic plans, and oversee critical projects, including financial systems implementations. In her roles as Fractional CFO and Strategic Business Transformation Consultant, Gina drives strategic growth and enables sustainable transformation, ensuring organizations are well-positioned for long-term success.

Committed to community and professional development, Gina has served as a CPA Mentor with CPA Alberta since 2018. She is a Board Member of the Bredin Centre for Career Advancement, where she also contributes as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. Gina also serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Dynamyx Gymnastics Club.

Brent Collingwood

With over a decade of coaching, consulting, and facilitating, Brent has earned a reputation as a go-to resource in helping clients reach into the realm of possibility. Whether coaching a senior executive or facilitating a strategic planning session, Brent acts as a thinking partner, helping the organization establish and ultimately achieve its planned goals.

Brent holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Change, is a Certified Facilitative Leader, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Brent’s leadership experience in business, post-secondary and the non-profit sector allows him to bring extensive knowledge and experience to the table. Brent had the privilege of working as an international hospitality executive throughout southeast Asia and authored the book ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOUR – Appropriate Conduct for the Business Traveller to Japan.

In his postsecondary career, Brent served as Senior Director with the Alberta School of Business Executive Education department, overseeing many Leadership Development programs and the Directors’ Education Program in collaboration with the Institute of Corporate Directors. He has also served in the non-profit sector, in both Board Chair and senior leadership roles. This includes past experience as the Chair of Edmonton’s Synergy Network, Chair of the Board of the River Valley Alliance, and three years as the Alliance’s Executive Director.

Brent is an active and proud Rotarian and has held many leadership positions in Rotary International including President of the Riverview Rotary Club; Chair of the Rotary District Foundation Committee; Chair of the District Learning & Development Committee; and Chair of the Rotary Leadership Institute. In 2023-24, Brent served as Governor of Rotary District 5370.

Brent and his wife Adele live in Edmonton and enjoy the many recreational and cultural amenities Edmonton has to offer, including walks in the River Valley, the Symphony, and live theatre. Brent is an avid landscape photographer and has published two books showcasing his photography.

Jessica Derksen
